I have been managing projects, training, business analyst, customer support,soft skills trainer,technical trainer for ( various Apps), public speaking. Project management: Integration, Standardization, Globalization of Workflows,work processes, training Development and delivery for integrating Sun Microsystems into Oracle, and other projects I have undergone multiple international customer service trainings ( and also delivered trainings) , public speaking trainings, “Managing emotions withing though situations” ( for CRM), Very passionate about technology both hardware and software.
I was a key part of the creation, and fully delivered “Moments of truth” training ,which was Oracle’s training initiative for Global Hardware Support Dept I am familiar with Oracle E-business Suite, Oracle APEX, Microsoft Office tools, presentations, charts,Windows,Mac OS, Android, CRM apps,Visio and many more. I am a very quick learner when it comed to new software, workflows , procedures and products .
As of me as an individual i love photography ( which i did at a professional level as well: I love natire , am an open minded person, i am used to working, living in multicultural, diverse environments .
And i am still passionate about Photography as well.
