I am responsible for order entry execution cycle, sorting technical clarifications on orders, ensuring that the clean orders proceeds into manufacturing;

I work in close liaison with factories from different countries;

I am ensuring that the factories shipments are scheduled on time;

I keep a close connection with the clients regarding the orders (via e-mail), as well with the sales team, engineering team and other departments;

I build and manage relationships with international offices (Italy);

I conduct data management daily for the backlog / give support for other activities and processes;

I track requests, document history and manage status of orders & shipments;

I am actively training the new incoming employees in the job.

I was in charged with the primary accounting;

I prepared the bills & the goods sold, for each agent, every week;

I kept the inventory for each product available in the store;

I was in constant communication with the head offices regarding documents, products, clients, bills, fleet of cars, agent's schedules; sales and contracts;

I did also deliveries, in the absence of the agents;

I managed the schedule of the managers when visiting and organized meeting with the customers;

I kept the communication with the clients via e-mail, also a history book for each customer.

I recorded findings of inspection process, collaborating with quality team to implement corrective actions;

I did the information, instruction & correction process of the factory personnel when defective parts were found;
I was responsible with finding defected batches & blocking them
I worked in the SAP program.

I maintained machinery to prevent overloads and avoid malfunctions.

I performed quality checks on finished products to identify and address discrepancies.

I was helping the final control team in order to check and pack the products for delivery.
