Managing over 30 phone calls and between 5-15 chats per day

• Prepared transportation arrangements, itineraries and expense reports for more than 200 executives per day
• Taking care of the supplies from the office - pc's, printer, CCTV's
• Everyday I had to make a list of the products that we have for the day and what we have left after the day , put a name on each product and categorize them , more than 500 a day
• I had to print the invoices of every order we had for the day and for each customer we had and make a list with all the contact details for them and the companies that we had worked with

• Translated documents from Romanian/English to Spanish.
