Actively contributed to the migration from Teamcenter to PLMnext, covering E-BOMs, folder structures, projects, and role concepts. Performed comprehensive system and integration testing to ensure data integrity, functional consistency, and CAD compatibility (CATIA V5, Siemens NX). Identified, documented, and tracked system errors in JIRA, ensuring structured follow up with IT.

• BOM

Created and maintained BOM structures in PLMnext, including system corrections and structural adjustments. Tested BOM related migration activities in Teamcenter. Documented and monitored system issues to ensure accurate data transfer and functional consistency post migration.

• BMW GEN6 general support

Contributed to process optimization initiatives that improved efficiency, accuracy, and throughput of order processing. Ensured reliable handling of customer and internal orders while proactively aligning with forecast data to support workload planning.

• BMW GEN6 - Project Leader Backup

During the absence of the project leader, I stepped in as backup and ensured smooth coordination between different departments such as engineering, logistics, and management. I organized meetings, improved our tasks and identified what should be prioritized.
My ability to adapt and stay organized helped the team remain on track. I also developed my decision making skills under pressure, especially when dealing with conflicting priorities.

• IMDS - Supplier Quality

I worked in SLC, handled PSCR related topics and supported yearly supplier requalification activities and contributed proactively in audits.

• MDG

I familiarized myself with MDG processes and contributed to maintaining structured and accurate master data, which is essential for SAP S4HANA, Sparetech and PLM integrations. Through this involvement, I strengthened my understanding of cross system dependencies and impact of master data on operational efficiency.

• BOP

I am involved in BOP activities during the Satu Mare rollout by enriching BOP structures in PLMnext. I actively communicate with the team regarding required changes and track problematic BOPs until solution is provided by IT, ensuring transparency and follow up.
