- Advertise roles to suppliers based on information received from the line manager
- Manage resourcing process to ensure preferred suppliers are utilized and all contractors are engaged through the External Workforce Management process.
- Contribute to operational governance of suppliers to ensure processes are adhered to and performance of suppliers is supervised and improved if vital.
- Run monthly reports from the vendor management system and takes action as needed.
- Analyze reports and provide statistics to stakeholders and management (e.g. number or handled resources, engagement rates, monthly spend per supplier, etc.).
- Solve business challenges by partnering with our internal departments, internal partner organizations (HR partners, Sourcing, Legal, department leadership, etc.) and suppliers to proactively develop solutions.
- Engage business functions to ensure external workforce strategies and initiatives are supported and executed effectively.
- Offer support to XRM deployment activities.
- Check external resources rate increases and period extensions, escalating suspicious activity for review
