• Coordinate the project team to improve the overall account performance
• Plan and conduct project meetings and risk assessments
• Drive the daily BAM meetings and monitor the dashboard KPI's
• Involved in the customer audit preparation and hosting

• Coordinating a 6 operational buyers team, accountable for team KPIs, acting as escalation point for purchasing material shortages

• Releasing and monitoring the purchase orders according to MRP signals driven by customer demand
• Responsible to meeting the inventory KPI's
• Organizing shipments using the proper way of transport depending on needed date in production
• Cost saving analysis
• Investigating and solving the price discrepancies
• Supplier evaluation
• Ensure achievement of KPIs
• Involved into suppliers QBR's
