• Responsible for coordinating projects in both development and serial stages

Core responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation
• Prepare project budget estimations, by evaluating team efforts and internal and external costs
• Prepare Project Profitability calculations
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency
• Prepare for Steering Committees and GateWay reviews
• Facilitate regular meetings to track tasks, review progress and eliminate blocking points
• Tracking milestones and deliverables both internally and to customer
• Adjust activities as needed to accommodate changes or delays
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks and changes
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project scope fulfillment
• Delegate tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance whenever necessary to team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Assess and adapt timing budget and resources, in case os project scope changes (Change Management Process)
• Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Use tools to track project performance and progress, such as: Jira, Tableau, Project Office, MS Project

• Streamlined communication channels among cross-functional teams to improve efficiency during product launches.
• Maintain close communication with multiple OEMs for all production topics and audits throughout the lifecycle of the projects
• Reporting and follow-up to the development team regarding project activities status and immediately highlight any risks or delays
• KPI tracking and reporting
• Budget planning - close tracking and improvement of the economic efficiency of the product during its lifecycle (NCC1, LDC,MDC)
• Part of the quotation team for new products, providing input and knloedge in regards to manufacturing concept
• Working with interdisciplinary teams in creating the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to standardized production processes and technologies
• Planning and ordering of production equipment in cooperation with the Industrial Engineering and Purchasing departments
• Oversee the industrialization, implementation in production and release for new production lines, processes and equipments
• Participate in production equipment pre-acceptance
• Establish an adequate project base (meetings and occurrence, information and knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving)
• Detailed project planning
• Coordination of core team (Engineering, Quality, Logistics)
• Steering committee reporting
• Change Management Process Implementation (Product, Process, Layout)
• Documentation preparation for customer, internal and system audits

• Responsible for implementation of new SAP based tool for Change Management Process
• Training and support on the Change Management Tool in Timisoara Plant
• Coordination, tracking and reporting of the change management process
