• Main responsibilities:
• Establishing and developing audit strategies according to client's industry and type of activity;
• Leading and managing audit teams for the clients in portfolio;
• Assessing risks, performing audit tests for balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, variance analysis over budgeted and actual figures;
• Provide quality coaching and review audit documentation performed by the team;
• Review financial statements (especially Trial Balance and Profit and Loss - P&L) prepared by the client and identify inconsistencies compared to Local Accounting Standards or IFRS; trace inconsistencies noted back to source, solve them and present the findings to the client;
• Prepare the financial statements according to Local Accounting Standards;
• Keeping a clear and up to date status of audit work and communicate the status to the project manager.
