Designed and built a financial aid system, called Middleware - a bridge between the EMR system and the financial system (Dynamics GP) that offers real-time financial data and generates journal entries:

• Built the initial design document based on the business requirements and the integrated systems architecture.
• Designed and implemented a scalable application with satellite services that continuously synchronizes data and generates accurate billing documents.
• Designed and implemented the physician payment module that dynamically generates expenses and physician payments.

Part of the design and development team of eSPHINX, an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system covering the entire workflow: from requisition management, patient registration, scheduling & resource management, data collection, physician reporting, report generators, physician payment to billing management modules supporting both US and CA billing systems. Included responsibilities:

• Managed development milestones from initial steps through final delivery.
• Developed eSPHINX Services – batch processing modules for loading and converting documents, for generating reports and making the automatic delivery, for sending automatic appointment confirmations, for building claim batch files and automatically importing OHIP remittance advice files etc.
• Coordinated testing and development activities, reviewed milestones.
• Developed custom integrations with various tools (My Pocket Health, Cliniconex, MS Dynamics GP etc).
• Built SSRS reports with extensive functionalities for Billing and Marketing departments, for Operational data, for Physician Payments and for Resource Management and Resource Scheduling.
• Code analysis and tuning, including analysis with profiling tools (Ants Memory Profiler, SQL Profiler).

Responsible for the technical design of the architecture, configuration, development, deployment and optimization of business process automations based on the client requirements:

• Collaborated with clients to determine project specifications and scope.
• Participated in discovery phases, built prioritization matrixes for the process selection and created the findings reports from a technical perspective;
