1. HRSD Project

• Worked with lifecycle events related to the onboarding process for new hires,
• Created HR Services, HR Templates, CoE Security Policies from scratch,
• Editing and adapting existing functionalities (e.g. flows, business rules, record producers) for new requirements,
• Developed the NowMobile application and added new features such as quick links, record producers and others,
• Adjusted the branding of the NowMobile application,
• Created KB Articles and technical documents.

1. Healthcare Company - ITSM Project

• Migrating ServiceNow applications through different instances and adapting them to existing functionality,
• Tested update sets and new features,
• Providing peer review to other stories,
• Integrate ServiceNow application with 3rd party,
• Created catalog items and flows using flow designer from scratch,
• Troubleshooting existing functionality (business rules, flows, script includes and so on),
• Participated in deployments and hotfixes,

2. German Finance Company - IRM Project

• Helping with the development of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) product,
• Participated in deployments and hotfixes,
• Testing existing functionality,
• Creating ACLs to improve the security of the instance,
• Adapting existing functionalities (e.g. control objectives, flows, scheduled jobs),
• Creating flows to trigger approvals and send reminder to the approvers.

3. Internal - ITSM Project

• Received in-depth training on all ServiceNow features and capabilities with real-life examples and applications,
• Developed and integrated few internal processes with the ServiceNow Virtual Agent, keeping the employees focused on more pressing issues, processes integrated with the Virtual Agent such as: reporting an issue, request a report, generate surveys and others.
• Assisted in the ServiceNow implementation of the company's business processes in the following fields: IT Inventory, HR Onboarding, Notifications, Service Portal, Feedback Assessments, Requests, Tickets, and others,
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third party systems/applications via APIs,
• Used Scheduled Jobs to send Email Notifications to users, reminding and providing actions to them according to the time passed of a record
• Used Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to maintain and improve existing functionality or created new flows / workflows,
• Created reports and dashboards for managers,
• Created ACLs to improve the security of the instance,
• Created business rules to enhance existing functionality,
