
With a background in food and drink sales and serving, I have aquired excellent skills that overlap with the skillset necessary for a receptionist. These include strong customer service and communication skills, more specifically greeting and engaging with customers, answering questions and providing recommendations, ensuring a pleasant experience. My role required me to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing transactions, mantaining an organized display, and keeping track of inventory.
