Prepare special studies, analysis and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, Revenue, EBITDA, Net working Capital, Cash flow, financial plans and statistical reports to improve financial results
Support Global CFO to execute plans in delivering the short and medium-term financial goals of Cluster business by providing challenges, financial visibility, insights to enable decision making
Review category actuals / forecasts P&Ls for the Cluster, challenging variances, understanding root cause analysis and presenting overview of key drivers of performance to Global CFO
Drive all key finance processes as commercial planning and financial forecasting and budgeting process, actively driving collaboration and alignment with EMEAC Cluster Finance Leads and all cross-functional teams
Act as trusted business partner to Leadership Group, ensuring regular reporting through information sharing, dashboards, and business review presentations

• Customer front facing, leading the RTR department for Europe and Noth America regions
• Ensuring customer needs and relationship through proactive involvement and interaction
• Process improvements and various standardization initiatives driven across Intercompany, Month end closing, fixed assets, system reconciliation

• Working with the business owners and finance teams to produce accurate monthly reports of forecast committed and actual revenues and costs for integrated deals
• Provide strategic analyses, insights thought leadership and recommendations for Executive Leaders
• Assist Controllership team in Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing
• Lead & participate in Finance transformation projects and drive change management
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
• Building partnerships & maintaining strong relationship with the Leadership group
