Responsibilities

• Providing the necessary documentation and coordination of import and export activity (ocean, air, or road transport).
• Obtaining quotes from various logistics companies to determine the most cost-effective transportation, warehousing, and customs services options, and negotiating contracts with them to ensure favorable conditions.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Preparing periodic reports on procurement activities (Intrastate declaration on intra-community purchases and deliveries, situation of waste generated by the packaging of products sold, and hazardous substances purchased from outside Romania, pending orders and delivery times, cash flow, supplier evaluation and preparation of the list of accepted suppliers ...)
• Ensuring efficient management of procurement processes using the ERP systems: Transart and Entersoft.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, including invoices, price lists, product codes, and descriptions.
• Implementing policies and procedures for the effective management of the procurement process.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating the supplying conditions for raw materials, packaging, transporting conditions, and materializing all the activity into contracting partners.
• Establishing the strategy and coordinating the supply activity, both within and outside the country.
• Setting up the necessary documentation in order to be given all the authorizations requested by the law for a proper supplying activity.
• Setting up, supervising, and checking the department’s budget.
• Creating and implementing the working procedure within the department.
• Settling the attributions among the team members and the priority in execution.
• Identifying the objectives for every member of the team, and presenting opinions for accomplishing the objectives according to the company’s rules.
• The periodic evaluation of the team’s activity, having as the main purpose the growth of performance within the team.
• Providing the necessary documentation and organizing the process of import and export in the company.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating and selecting the potential suppliers.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices for goods and services.
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure the adequate quantities for production requirements.
• Planning, coordinating, and sending orders for raw materials and packaging to both internal and external suppliers.
• Providing the necessary documentation and organizing the process of import and export.
• Verifying and registering the necessary documentation for the acquisition into the computer accounting system.
• Preparing periodic reports on the procurement process, according to company and authority requirements.
• Preparing reports for excisable items purchased under excise duty suspension, dangerous raw materials and those considered category III drug precursors;
