• I worked as a QA Engineer on various UiPath core components (Studio, Activities, Driver, Robot) since the start-up phase, on a very dynamic and continuously changing environmenta being involved in all aspects of the quality assurance process. Moreover, I was interested in engaging in adjacent areas like Azure DevOps or coding
• As a manager I took part in recruiting, interviews; evaluations for team members, coaching and knowledge transfer
• This year I also started to learn .NET/C#. I worked on some small fixes on our Test Automation Framework (TAF) and recently I started to improve our Testing infrastructure projects by porting powershell scripts to C#. At the same time, I continue to learn and improve my skills in the area of .NET and programming

• I worked on IBM Planning Analytics suite, being responsible for testing various components and playing also the role of lead for our QA team

• Intensively worked with Agile/Scrum methodologies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demo, daily stand-up or brainstorming meetings with Dev Team, Product, QA and Engineering managers on a very interesting Video Analytics Solution

• My starting point in the industry, first as a Junior QA Engineer on an outsourced project - a Mobile Advertising Platform
• In addition to the usual QA and testing daily tasks, over time leadership responsibilities were added: main point of contact between the team and the client, knowledge transfer for new QA team members, quarterly evaluations
