

My contract involves a project which aims to migrate the existing core banking to Temenos (T24) Transact R24.
I am part of an agile squad where my role as a Senior Business Analyst (stream lead analyst) is to investigate and understand retail and corporate lending products setup in the existing core banking - with a strong focus on limits & collaterals - in order to:
• gather business requirements from business lines and offer recommendations
• identify gaps between (T24) Transact's out of the box functionality and the bank's needs
• analyse the impact of implementing the requested changes in the bank's applications, as well as any third party applications
• estimate analysis effort
• produce functional and non-functional specifications, as well as data migration matrixes with mapping logic, based on the identified business requirements by creating Epics and User Stories in Jira, together with documentation in Confluence, for APIs to be developed by the dev team, as well as product parametrization and local developments
• design and configure (T24) Transact screens (including new local fields), reports and menus that suit the bank's day to day activities with regards to Limits and Collateral creation, maintainance and reporting
• participate in design architecture discussions
• offer support and guidance to the migration team in building the migration logic for all types of Limits and Collaterals
• offer support and clarifications to dev team with regards to any queries
• identify testing scenarios and conduct testing in order to support the bank's UAT
• keep the documentation up-to-date throughout the project
• offer post-implementation support for any errors or issues that may occur because of the new changes
• work with a high standard within agreed timescales
• undertake any other tasks or duties that are reasonable and requested by the supervisor or a member of the management team
My contract involves a project which aims to develop new reports requested by business stakeholders from different departments (Risk, Accounting, etc), respectively update/amend existing reports.
I am part of an agile squad where my role as a Business Analyst is to:

• once clarified, forward the requirements for technical analysis and development
• estimate analysis effort
• offer support and clarifications to both technical and dev team with regards to any queries
• keep the documentation up-to-date throughout the project
• offer post-implementation support for any errors or issues that may occur
• work with a high standard within agreed timescales
• undertake any other tasks or duties that are reasonable and requested by the supervisor or a member of the management team

- mapping logic for the data part of the APIs payload
- BPMN diagram in Microsoft Visio, where applicable (such as more complex business flows)
