  • Perform and partially own demand management at NSE level: demand planning, commitment, monitoring, management, forecasting and reporting.
  • Engage in stakeholder management: SAP Geo leads/Deputies; Global Consulting; NSE SAP Leadership, IGDC Leadership, IGDC Supply Centre; Lead Engagement Partners; GDMs.
  • Establish and maintain governance – demand management framework in alignment with stakeholders mentioned above.
  • Maintain database systems to track and analyze operational data.
  • Lead E2E Reporting: monthly/biweekly reporting, reporting improvement process, reporting re-alignment, reporting automation.
  • Create and own Financial and CSH forecasting for NSE leadership and Global Consulting leadership.
  • Lead several junior resources on automation projects from the reporting area.
  • Adhere to change management best practices: adjust expectations, encourage change of practices for streamlining, standardize ways of working, create communication packages on behalf of NSE leadership.

Accomplishments

  • Successfully lead from an operations stand point the transition to one of the NSE countries as a financial proxy/hub for the whole of NSE. My contribution was essential and the feedback from the NSE leadership was overwhelmingly positive.

  • Design several high impact solutions that either prevented future process issues or they were what the customer needed at that time.

Accomplishments

  • I played a significant role in a team was in charge of handling one of the most complex procurement situations that our center had to face. Due to special local local law, an order was being held in the Brazilian customs and the products were not being release for delivery to the client. Working with other procurement SMEs and the legal department, we were able to draw and implement the solution that the eventually got the products to our client.
