  • As a Process Improvement Specialist I was an End-To-End process owner on customer's medical equipment repairs, closely monitoring and constantly refining the process in order to minimize the end-user's down-time whenever a radiology equipment malfunctioned
  • The top improvements in the process include, but not limit to:
  • Turn-around-time reduction for a faulty equipment to be delivered in perfect working conditions to the end user by changing the return conditions and invoicing procedure;
  • Quotations / Invoices creation time reduced to less than 50% by optimizing some standard SAP features (creating new catalogs and various predefined texts);
  • Increased data accuracy of specific internal reports by linking and aligning with the data coming directly from Supply Chain and Logistics, instead of the Sales Operations dept;
  • Accurate tracking and processing of the DOA units by re-designing internal reports, which lead to an increased number of products that could be reworked/refurbished or repacked and then sold at a special price instead of being scrapped, reducing waste and minimizing losses;
  • Significantly simplified the procedures of reporting a defective device for all dealers, by streamlining and modernizing the "repair forms" in the supported languages (EN, ES, IT, FR, DE);
