As a third-year BA student, my journey is defined by a commitment to merge academic excellence with practical experiences. Passionate about strategy, international engagement, and purposeful volunteering, I actively seek opportunities to apply my dynamic skill set in real-world scenarios. This intersection of academic rigor, hands-on proficiency, and forward-thinking ambition defines my approach to creating meaningful impact and shaping a purposeful career trajectory.

• Was a Consulting Student at the EconomIS Summer School, part of the ROSE Project. Oversaw the participants' day-to-day activities, ensuring their well-being and offering guidance as they navigated through the summer school program. Acted as a point of contact for addressing any concerns or queries they may have had. Managed essential paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with program requirements and university protocols.
• Provided logistic support for the attendees of the JASSY Summer School in the Strategic Human Resource Management Module. Gained knowledge about the strategic role of Human Resource Management in modern organizations. Explored and analyzed the link between HR strategy and organizational strategy and set up HR processes – recruitment and selection, development, performance management, engagement, and employees’ well-being – aligned to the business strategy.

• Participated in the LEADERS Explore Program, sponsored by Conduent. Gained valuable leadership skills and had the opportunity to apply these skills in a real-world context. The team I was part of successfully executed a project aimed at addressing a pressing issue in our student community. The project required us to secure sponsorships, develop a comprehensive strategy, and collaborate effectively as a diverse team.
