Since I was a kid, I was determined to have a great life and some beautiful experiences. In order to achieve that, I understood that I have to work hard and smart in order to get all that I want.
After graduating high school, I decided that the next step will be moving in Bucharest and start learning at FABIZ in the German language. Graduation with good marks was a great achievement and my next step was to be hired somewhere, so I decided that Deloitte is a great place for me to develop.
Over the past three years, I've progressed rapidly, taking on increased responsibilities and being in the leadership of my team in order to achieve measurable improvements in process efficiency and compliance.
