I have been working in indirect procurement, with focus on intellectual services, gaining varied abilities in the following areas:

• Contract Management
  Managing the contracting process for already referenced suppliers, in cases where a framework agreement between the client and the supplier was already in place
  Handling the necessary steps to contract specific services, in line with internal policies and existing contractual terms
• Negotiation
  Participating in negotiations for service renewals, in regards to commercial terms
  Reviewing existing conditions and proposing adjustments based on business needs and contractual clauses
• Stakeholder & Supplier Management
  Providing support and maintaining regular interaction with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
  Collaborating directly with suppliers throughout the procurement and contracting process
• Use of relevant tools
  Working with MS Office, SAP, Agora, Service Now and internal procurement platforms to initiate, track, and finalize procurement processes
