I took on this utility support position at the beginning of 2024, and the activity is based on providing support regarding access to virtual machines, troubleshooting issues encountered on virtual machines, access to tools, assignment of roles and permissions, both to employees within the company and to users who work implicitly on projects within the Stellantis Group.

Tracking every new item added into a ticket, reporting them accordingly, and classification based on criticality and

Preparation of different types of reports dedicated to specific milestones of the project.
