I took on this utility support position at the beginning of 2024, and the activity is based on providing support regarding access to virtual machines, troubleshooting issues encountered on virtual machines, access to tools, assignment of roles and permissions, both to employees within the company and to users who work implicitly on projects within the Stellantis Group.
Consultation and collaboration between myself as the person responsible for Level 1 support and the Stellantis Group support team.
Management of training planning conducted within the company, for all existing or new users, depending on project needs.
