Being a self-directed learner, I've found immense joy in playing the kaval and honing my skills. This journey has also brought me closer to my true nature and has fostered a deep connection with the earth itself.

Cooking has been my enduring passion from an early age. As a child of around 10 years old, I was presented with a unique opportunity to showcase my culinary skills on a kids' TV show about future professions at TV Sibiu. It was during this formative time that I had the privilege of cooking alongside a professional chef, igniting a flame that has burned ever since.

Additionally, my introduction to the culinary world was further nurtured by my mom's friend, who owned a restaurant. While my mom enjoyed her coffee, I found my place in the restaurant's bustling kitchen. As I lent a hand in various tasks, I not only absorbed the sights and scents of a professional kitchen but also began to understand the harmonious dance of flavors that makes up the art of cooking.

Since those early experiences, my passion for cooking has only grown stronger. It's a form of artistic expression that allows me to create, experiment, and share my love for flavors with others. From those humble beginnings to now, the kitchen has remained my sanctuary, where I can channel my creativity and immerse myself in the culinary world that has captured my heart.
