High experience in managing major defense programs starting from requirements to life cycle management program. Advanced understanding of organizational strategies, financial management, procurement and contracting. As a part of the F-16 program management team for the Romanian Air Force my main responsibilities are:
· Collecting and analyzing project statuses for project requirements management
· Supporting and developing various briefings/schedules of program status, acquisition tasks, memorandums and analytical reports to senior management.
· Organizing and supporting technical meetings, program management reviews and senior level meetings
· Maintaining continuous communication with other involved countries stakeholders counterparts
· Participating in vendor selection, government to government (G2G) negotiations and management process for program initiatives
· Managing multiple strategic projects with numerous sub-projects or workstreams
· Establishing milestones and objectives based on input from functional areas and stakeholders
· Providing project management expertise and guidance in addition to program documents
· Identifying program obstacles and communicating possible impacts to senior management.
· Engaged and worked alongside cross-functional stakeholders to manage strategic initiatives.
· Developing and maintaining logistics workflows, procedures and reports.
· Managing and supervising administrative and daily program operations, complying with policies and regulations.
· Supporting acquisition execution, tracking progress with program milestones, identifying discrepancies and recommending actions
· Organizing / coordinating / participating in the execution of the quantitative / qualitative reception activities, of the contracted products and services
I am also the Technical Order Distribution Officer meaning that I am in charge of:
· Technical documentation/manuals acquisition and discrepancies report
· Database creation, implementation, regular update and data modeling.
