• P&L Leadership – Managed the Secure Business Unit at G4S Romania ($35M revenues, 3,600 staff), where I focused on improving performance, strengthening margins, and reinforcing commercial discipline. At Electrica Furnizare (Supply segment), was appointed by the Board of Directors to act in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and oversight of operations.
• Commercial Growth – Negotiated and secured major contracts with banks and retailers at Electrica, G4S, and Adecco, ensuring long-term revenue stability.
• Transformation & Integration – At Electrica, contributed significantly to post-merger integration of three distribution companies ($500M and 6,500 staff), steered the transformation of the Supply segment ($1.2 B, 800 staff) into a sales-focused model alongside Roland Berger, and supported the acquisition of renewable energy producers.
• Operational Excellence – Directed Adecco Romania’s branch network and payroll consolidation (4,900 temps, 350+ clients), improving profitability. At Inditex, contributed to building processes and systems that enabled rapid scaling to 39 stores (€185M revenues, 1,500 staff). At G4S, strengthened operational discipline in the Secure BU by improving efficiency and working capital management.
• Strategic Projects – Coordinated renewable project fundraising (ENEVO), contributed to securing €320M in debt financing (Electrica), and participated in implementing Balanced Scorecard frameworks and RPA automation.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Represented companies in tax audits, regulatory negotiations, competition investigations and board-level discussions, ensuring compliance and credibility.
