My experience on this job was challenging and various, this is because i had to adapt not only to communicating and resolving customer problems, but also deal and help with other employees problems. In my job i also had to accomplish certain duties before morning, so my colleagues could start their shift with ease.

My experience at the park was great, I had many jobs including taking care and maintaining the park clean, I had to rotate with the rest of the employees on the different activities and every time we had to charge the parent so the children could go on the activities, but also manage the times so everyone had enough to enjoy. At this job i managed to become a supervisor, managing my colleagues duties and working at the kiosk making sure that everyone was safe to go on the lake using our boats. I also had loads of people who I had to help with different problems, and we also had emergencies on and off the lake [For example someone falling into the lake, or a child disappearing] for these events we had to contact the authorities and immediately take action ourselves.

Working as a customer service representative i had to assist customers with varying questions using product knowledge and service expertise. I also had to answer customer telephone calls promptly and improved on-hold wait times taking orders using the store tablet, putting them into the system. Besides this i also had to fold and prepare boxes to ease my colleagues work and be a great help. But also when the store wasn't too busy, I always offered to help in the back with dishes or other cleaning duties.
