• Stakeholders’ management and public partnership building;
• Develop and implement manuals and guidelines (internal and external) for project implementation;

1. Anti-Roma & Anti-Sinti hate – county report;

2. Russian invasion of Ukraine - disinformation report.

• Write-up op-eds on the performance of structural funds in Romania for www.romaniacurata.ro;
• Co-author of country report within ANTICORRP project financed by the European Commission’s Seventh Framework: “How do we surpass the 0 absorption rate. Comparative Performance of EU funds”.

• Collaborate with other HR team members to identify the company’s potential hiring needs;
• Identify and contact passive candidates via social media and professional platforms such as Github and LinkedIn;
• Assist with the recruitment process when needed by suggesting qualified professionals for applicable job positions.

• Set-up consortiums and partnerships and elaborate documentation in order to participate in public tenders and write grant proposals;
• Implement the project funded by the Dutch Foreign Ministry: “Applying the Policy and Management Instrument (PMI) to foster added value to the work of public administrations, improving good governance and stimulate democracy on local level in Romania”;
• Liaison between the Dutch and the Romanian counterparts in updating a good governance instrument (policy and management instrument) for five municipalities in Romania.

• Identify EU funding schemes, opportunities and strategies for beneficiaries municipalities, NGOs and small and medium size enterprises;
• Elaborate project concepts and grant project applications within EU funding programs on human resources, capacity development of municipalities and territorial cooperation.

• Elaborate and implement a training program in Project Cycle Management dedicated to cross-border cooperation projects and beneficiaries (60 public servants) working in the municipalities and NGO sector at the border of Romania and Republic of Moldova.
