Role:

  • Provide strategic business analysis services to stakeholders within the Customer Management Team.
  • Manage business win opportunity process, business win reporting, and sales incentive plans.
  • Own and drive end to end projects, process improvements, automation initiatives

Key activities:

  • Ensure end to end business opportunity process covering different systems (MarketView, Sales Force, PQF Manager, Power BI, Microsoft List);
  • Create & deploy weekly/monthly business win reporting landscape for Customer Management Team including business data interpretation & recommendations presented in Customer Management meetings (GBE leaders, Commercial VP and Commercial SVP included)
  • Create quarterly business win reporting landscape for the Board of Directors;
  • Identify and execute improvement projects and automation opportunities in process and systems by working closely with IT, Finance and Customer Teams (part of GEM process);

Pricing:

  • Ensure on-time pricing updates, creation of material and pricing information in Salesforce and SAP;
  • Perform pricing analysis and support clean-up activities.
  • Manage with Sales any differences on customer Purchase Orders vs. pricing offers
  • Partner with Credit & Collection to drive less than 1% AR past due for price discrepancies

Demand Planning:

  • Analyze together with the Sales Managers annually and monthly sales trends, as well as historical results to develop short and long-term planning (AOP, STRAP)
  • Analyze, align and then apply updates in SAP/O9 for 18 months rolling forecast

Tooling:

  • Ensure identification and follow-up of all New Product Implementation projects that are customer funded and partner with Sales to secure customer contribution.
  • Work closely with Procurement Admin team and contribute to GR on time by providing tagging instructions accurately and on time to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Partner with suppliers and Supply Base to ensure purchased tooling equipment complies with customer requirements and respects lead-time. Act as point of contact for CFT audits and inventories

  • Responsible for gathering information from the team and providing it to internal auditors from Garrett and external auditors from Deloitte
