As Junior Compliance Officer specializing in Responsible Gaming, I am dedicated to ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory standards while promoting a safe and secure gaming environment. My role primarily involves managing self-exclusion requests, responding to regulatory inquiries, and maintaining compliance with both local gaming regulations. I work closely with both internal teams and external authorities to ensure that all processes are transparent, ethical, and fully aligned with the law, supporting both our customers.

1. Managing self-exclusion:
Oversee the closure of accounts for players who opt to self-exclude, a key responsible gaming practice designed to prevent gambling addiction.
Manage the reactivation of accounts once the self-exclusion period has ended, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

2. Regulatory and Legal Compliance:
I manage complaints from the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN) and respond to requests from other relevant regulatory bodies, making sure we meet all legal requirements.
I also handle inquiries from authorities seeking information regarding player activities.

3. Maintaining a Safe Gaming Environment:
I work with both internal teams and external authorities to uphold operational integrity and maintain transparency in all our processes.

From BOSS, RIGHTNOW, NTS and all other Office tools to business risk procedures and analysis. Not only the programs control them, but also the internal politics and policies, to know exactly what the risk for the company's well-being looks like. From checking documents and financial transactions to responsible risk play points, learning and understanding the department's relationship and responsibilities. A few remaining points from my work would be:
- Identify and understand transactional risk factors.
- Making decisions regarding the solvency of risk accounts and the processing of financial transactions.
- Understanding the behavioral dynamics in actions and identifying unequal financial activities with potential risk.
- Document processing and verification and relativity between several accounts.
- Redirecting the questions and problems of the responsible departments.
- Understanding and optimizing internal procedures according to SLA requirements.
- Protecting the company by identifying suspected hypothetical sources of Anti Money Laundering risk factors.
- Timely communication with the departments responsible for maintaining the SLA for borderline cases.
- Verification of documents and undertaking procedural actions on the client's accounts.
- Refer for suspicious cases of responsible gaming policy to protect our project and internal policies.
