• Research and provide details regarding registration and certificate(s).
• Monitor and maintain client files regarding all data related to registration.
• Assist in coordinating auditor assignments/reassignments and update auditor schedule changes.
• Act as liaison between the client and BDM’s (Sales) technical managers, accounting, and audit/business unit managers for problem resolution.
• Process audit reports.
• Update electronic customer files in the IQ Database with details from audit report facility record sheets provided by the auditor.
• Issue customer certificates and verify client drops and process according to authorization and procedures.
