At eMAG, I am responsible for the Order Management area, overseeing a diverse portfolio of internal products, including: transfer and stock management applications, the order reservation system, online payments backend module, custom discount engine, manual order allocation flow, customer risk tool, customer snapshot app, travel and RCA insurance app, electronic license issuance system, and the AI-powered Chatbot.
My daily tasks are to:
• coordinate and collaborate with two high-performing product development teams, including technical leads, software engineers and architects, and QA specialists;
• work cross-functionally with other Product Owners and Project Managers to plan and execute new product initiatives and improvements;
• gather, analyze, and prioritize internal user feedback and feature requests across departments;
• Manage and maintain the product backlog to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals;
• collaborate closely with support teams to identify and resolve product flow issues and improve operational efficiency;
• enhance and maintain product documentation using flowcharts, Confluence pages, and MkDocs for internal transparency and handover readiness;
• consistently meet deadlines and deliver value in a fast-paced, agile development environment;
• strengthen cross-team communication through regular interactions with key stakeholders from Customer Care, Warehouse Management, Corporate, and Commercial departments.
