  • Coordinated and executed the integration of new technologies, which encompassed establishing pipelines, quality checks to meet criteria, offering feedback, debugging and resolving 3D model issues for the Animaze engine. Additionally, I was responsible for formulating proposals for user tests, team coordination, creating briefs, facilitating activity retrospectives, and providing project status updates.

  • Spearheaded the construction of a character creator featuring two base characters (male and female), collaborating closely with the engineering team to establish specs and mechanics for interchangeable assets. This dynamic tool empowered users to effortlessly customize colors and fine-tune facial and body features, enabling the creation of highly personalized 3D avatars.
  • Executed the creation of custom avatars with distinctive shaders. As an illustrative example, we developed an animated diffuse shader that allowed users to alter makeup colors based on the emotions displayed by the avatar's face. Additionally, I implemented custom mechanics and animations, resulting in a diverse range of engaging avatars.
