As of November I have been promoted to Regional Lead Generation and I replicate what I have accomplished in RO.

Now my main focus is on improving the lead generation strategy and preparing it for Bolt Business Global.

I work closely with the CSM's ( Country Sales Manager ) of each country and facilitate them with solutions for their teams to reach their targets easier and spend less time on self prospecting.

I've been the first lead generation employee from Bolt Business so I've had to create and implement the lead generation strategy for Romania.

The main goal was to give the sales team lead, to reduce their time of self prospecting, and to have a better conversion rate.

This included :

• industry segmentation and market analysis
• Email campaigns and implementation of outbound meetings via tools like Calendly and Groove.
• setting up data enrichment tools like Apollo, RocketReach and Lusha
• integrating data enrichment tools with our CRM
• creating reports for us to have a clear visibility over the companies that we are contacting
• distributing leads to the sales team weekly
• added a lot of companies + contacts into our CRM

• This job included:
• Kali Linux tools,
• data analysis,
• using critical thinking to validate data,
• increased attention to details,
• solving problems in well-defined stages
• identifying common human behaviours,
• social engineering
• identifying simulated behaviour.

• I've worked part time at aSpace, helping to solve certain problems, collecting data about the competition, creating strategies through which we can attract more clients
• Gained experience with Hubspot.
• Analysed the conversion process of the inbound calls.
• Gained knowledge about expanding to new locations, and what are the key factors for choosing one,
• Participated and took part in organising networking events.
• Being one of the largest office rental companies in Romania, it is a key factor to be able to adapt and work no matter what unexpected things appear.

• During the months of August and September, I worked in the Chamber of Deputies as part of a seasonal program, where I learned many managerial skills, I learned how to maximize the quality of the people in a team, how to constantly evolve the stage of a project and what to do when you strike turning points.

• During volunteering I managed to collect money for poor children, at the same time I considerably improved my quality of communication and respectively the fear of approaching people disappeared
• I thought that I had to help somehow, and UNICEF was the solution.
