Gymnasium:
Throughout the gymnasium, I was appreciated by my teachers and colleagues as the guy who succeeded in 'calming spirits and tempering conflicts', proving to be a responsible and accountable team member of my group. Starting from the 7th grade, I became the mentor of one of my colleagues, offering him emotional and homework support whenever he needed it. I offered my support to my colleagues experiencing negative emotions such as sadness, panic, and anger, making myself available to listen and understand their concerns.
High school:
In high school, I served as Vice Class Representative in the Student Council, where I acted as a mediator between teachers and classmates, conveying our wishes and helping resolve issues. I was honoured to serve them with dedication and a focus on their needs. My involvement in the Interact Club significantly contributed to my personal growth, particularly in leadership, public speaking, problem-solving, and stress management. At two Interact events, I stepped up as the project manager for the day, taking charge when the role was unfilled. In the most recent event, I successfully coordinated new recruits and maintained composure under pressure, effectively managing high-stress situations.
