As an Inside Sales Associate with Veeam, covering the german market, I was responsible for handling sales leads and converting them to new business in the region. As main tasks, I had to receive and respond to sales leads and convert them to new business, maximize coverage within the defined region and penetrate organizations with Veeam products, initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists. I handled even Veeam existing contacts, always carefully looking for up/cross-sell opportunities. I also had to develop a solid working knowledge of Veeam Software products and the benefits they provide to potential customers and update and maintain the Salesforce follow-up notes fresh and up-to-date.
