I was hired by one of the world's most important fintech SaaS companies to lead the launch of a brand new tech center in Bucharest.
I've founded Agile Recruitment with the desire to use the society as a facilitator that would allow me to work on freelancing projects around the globe.
So far I've successfully completed 3 major projects:
1. Senior IT Recruiter for a tech innovation lab in Texas - worked directly with the CTO to identify top talent in US and Europe (1 year)
2. Recruitment Lead and Trainer for a mid-size HR Agency based in Noida, India (6 months) - improving the recruitment team's hiring skills by running workshops, trainings and one to one mentorship;
3. Tech Interviewer for an IT product company based in Noida, India (6 motnhs) - I was responsible with filtering candidates by interviewing them based on strict criteria and hiring needs.
I've joined Westhouse when it was still a start-up in Romania - I was the second hire and I helped the business scale and grow up to 30+ employees in less then 1 year.
