At this moment, I am working at Arrise Company. The action I carry out within this company is presenting the game of Blackjack to players of foreign origin (in most cases) and, at the same time, communicating in a professional manner with players in the chat.

In this job, I have learned how to work in front of a camera without emotions and, at the same time, to detect and report the issues encountered by users during the game to the customer service team.

During this period, I have developed my communication skills in English and, at the same time, my perception of customer service actions. This has been achieved through the interaction I have had with clients, as well as by adapting to Western standards regarding communication with customers and the way of presenting the offered service

During this three-month period as a real estate agent, I have learned a series of skills and knowledge that have significantly contributed to my professional development. I have acquired advanced skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, interacting directly with clients and managing various situations within real estate transactions.
