"Together For Rural Health" is a Project of The Medical Students' Society of Bucharest. This is a large project, which is carried out at the initiative of final year students of the Faculty of Medicine, and aims to give a helping hand to the medical system in Romania. Through the active involvement of medical students, resident doctors and specialists, partners and medical institutions ensure investigations and specialist consultation in the rural environment.
All patients are given a complete clinical examination, blood tests, ECG, Ultrasound, ophthalmological and gynecological consultation, audiometry and the Babes-Papanicolau test.

• The coordination of the SCORP (Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace) project "Implică-te în azilul refugiaților" ("Get involved in refugee asylum").
• The main target of this project was to help refugees in Bucharest adapt to the new circumstances of living and maintain a healthy status.
• We achieved this by providing them medical examination and organizing fundraising activities, for further medical needs.
• Moreover, by organizing informational sessions for our colleagues, we helped raise awareness regarding the reality of the refugees' world.
• Liaised between departments to facilitate communication and keep appropriate parties updated on project developments.
• Kept projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows.

• Volunteer activities at Children's Clinical Hospital "Dr. Victor Gomoiu".
• Worked with children undergoing occupational therapy after an illness or surgery.
• Worked with psychologists and social assistants, for speeding up the recovery process of infants and children, after trauma and surgery, with interactive activities and games.
