As the Engineering Manager for the API Gateway team, I led a highly skilled, cross-functional team in building and maintaining Adobe’s in-house API Gateway, the core of our API Platform solution.
Led the development of the Control Plane component for Adobe I/O API Platform, utilising a robust Java technology stack (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate) for backend services, Angular and Bootstrap for the web layer and AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, RDS, SQS/SNS, S3, ElastiCache).
Developed internal solutions for Adobe’s IT department using Java-based technologies and open source tools (Spring, Maven, Apache Felix, OSGi, Jenkins).
Key projects included a dashboard streamlining workflows for Customer Support agents by reducing dependency on SAP tools and a middleware connector facilitating data synchronisation between external SaaS solutions (Salesforce, Informatica and AtTask).
Contributed as a full-stack developer to AeL, the flagship solution of SIVECO’s eLearning Platform, leveraging top Java ecosystem technologies including J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM, EJB, JBoss and Maven.
