• Coordinate and supervise Cementing and Pumping activity.

• Checking all jobs documents, job reports, customer’s forms and other related document and sending them to the beneficiary for approval.
• Management of cement stocks and cementing additives for a good continuity of the following operations.
• Very good collaboration with the laboratory department and the technical department in order to schedule the following cementing operations.
• Field visit to verify compliance with procedures and rules, for the proper execution of cementing operations.
• Participation and coordination of cementing operations from the well site, the delegation of all responsibilities for each individual member, the actual cementing calculation and the execution of the operation in the safest way.
• Good organization in order to carry out the urgent operations requested by the beneficiaries, for the allocation of resources according to availability.
• Participation in all meetings designated by clients for discussions regarding the cementing program to be executed, but also in after action review discussions for recommendations for improvement of both parties.
• Ensuring the mentoring activity for trainees who are going to be part of the team.

• Maintain communication with customer representatives on a daily basis regarding future work schedule.
• Preparation of cement recipes together with the testing laboratory according to the client's requirements.
• Making orders to the cement paste testing laboratory, according to the requirements.
• Performing the preliminary and final cementing calculation to establish the quantities of cement and additives required for the operation.
  Follow-up of laboratory tests for a good performance of the activity.
• Checking all laboratory documents, work reports, client forms and other related documents and sending them to the beneficiary for approval.
• Verification of all cementing programs and their transmission to the beneficiary
• Transmission and execution of all technical offers in order to participate in tenders.
• Management of stocks of cement and cementing additives for good continuity of the following operations. Carrying out orders for the supply of cement and cementing additives.
• Very good collaboration with the laboratory department and the operational department in order to schedule the next cementing operations.
• Field visit to verify compliance with procedures and rules, for the proper execution of cementing operations.
• Good organization in order to carry out the urgent operations requested by the Customers.
• Participating in all meetings designated by clients for discussions regarding the cementing program to be executed, but also in post-action evaluation discussions for improvement recommendations for both parties.

Leading from the beginning to the finalization of tenders, following and analyzing each stage to maximize financial performance(Cementing, TRS and Stimulation services)

• Preparation of presentations and financial offers for potential future clients.
• Maintained relationships with customers identifying needs and offering appropriate services.
• Making reports and internal statistics regarding the results obtained by the company.
• Providing support for operational staff to understand both financial and technical contractual requirements.
• Good collaboration with all involved departments (Operational, Technical), in order to establish a strategy for the preparation of winning offers.
• Success in winning cementing tenders for clients such as Romgaz, OMV Petrom, Expert Petroleum, Transgex Oradea, Foraj Sonde Videle, Foraj Sonde Craiova.

• Successfully representing Rompetrol cementing contracts with OMV Petrom, being the contact person between the 2 companies, responsible for compliance with contractual requirements, developing a good collaboration with all the client's departments involved: Drilling, Workover, Procurement and QHSE.
• Participation in all meetings held at the OMV Petrom headquarters.
• Participation in the cementing operations performed for the main clients OMV Petrom and Romgaz.Supervising and coordinate the cementing crew.
• Before leaving the yard, ensure that all cementing equipment is working as expected and according to parameters.
• Preparation of all documents in order to plan and execute the cementing operation.
• Reporting on the condition of the equipment upon arrival at the base for maintenance, ensuring that the equipment will be compliant for future operations.
• Responsible for checking all documents prepared for cementing operations for OMV Petrom Drilling and submitting them for approval.

• Coordinate the teams on the construction sites where there are work points. Responsible for the smooth running of operations.
• Good organization in order to establish continuous mechanical coring equipment or water well drilling, depending on the complexity of the operations.
• Good coordination of site teams for core sampling, labeling and safe transport to geology department.
• Checks and monitors the condition of coring installations and water drilling installations, drawing up reports for repairs and spare parts.
• Provide support in terms of orders for the management of supplies stocks for construction sites.
