- Working with following transport network technologies: SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy), WDM (wavelength-division multiplexing), and IP/MPLS (Protocol Multi-Protocol Label Switching) for 2 projects in Belgium.
- Providing Service Desk Support by communicating with customers and operators via phone calls and e-mails only in French.
- Fault and incident management (for technologies mentioned above).
- Ticketing systems: ITSM and Salesforce
- Monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting and network access performed on tools for each technology.
